Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Reschedule Policy - We understand that plans change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. You can request to reschedule or obtain a credit (Valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation) for your session with more than 24 hours before the scheduled start of your session. However, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
